An exteremly popular item from the Tandoor oven at Biryani Kabab is the Naan or flat bread. The naan are made with flour and the dough is mixed with a little bit of milk and yogurt to get the right consistency.
The Naan are eaten with all the hot curry dishes and are a must for Pakistani, Indian and Afghani dishes. A variation of Naan that you can get from Biryani Kabab are Beef Qeema Naan, Chicken Qeema Naan, Garlic Naan and Aloo (potato) Naan. This is a form of Naan that is stuffed with beef, chicken, garlic or potatoes and then baked in the Tandoor Oven.
The naan from Biryani Kabab are served fresh out of the Tandoor, and brushed with ghee and sprinkled with sesame seeds for added flavour.
