Seekh Kababs

One item on the menu of Biryani Kabab are teh Seekh Kababs. A Seekh Kabab is minced mean that has been mixed with spices, which is placed on a skewer and rotated above an open flame.

The kababs at Biryani Kabab are cooked in our Tandoor oven to give them the flavourful Tandoori taste. The two forms of kababs that are prepared in the Tandoor are beef seekh kababs and chicken seekh kababs.

Quiet often kababs are eaten with Naan bread and even sometimes rolled within a Naan to produce a beef kabab roll or a chicken kabab roll.
